What to expect from Health and Wellness Coaching

First things first: I’m not here to tell you what to do to reach a greater level of health and wellness. I’m not here to tell you what that even is.

Secondly, I’m not here to tell you that there is anything wrong with you – there is not. You are exactly as you should be. That’s the starting place.

But, if you would like to reach a different level of wellness from wherever you are now, but not sure how to get there, then I believe we can work together. (Learn the Difference Between Coaching and Training).

You are the expert in being you, not me. I can help to draw-out your power, your talent, your intelligence and your abilities. You have all those things and more. Armed with those, you can change.

About Me

I’m a medical assistant. Doing that, I’ve seen so much needless suffering written into medical charts. I have just enough medical knowledge to understand a little of what’s going on. I speak a little Doctor-ese, but not fluently.

I’m also a certified personal trainer. I know a lot about what kind of movements people can do to change their bodies. The body responds perfectly to whatever you consistently ask it to do. It adapts. It’s actually fun. But that’s all different from coaching.

Why Coaching?

Everyone knows at least a little about WHAT to do to get to better health and well-being. But what makes them actually do those things? It has to come from inside, and everyone has something inside wanting to come out.

So, if you’re willing, let’s explore and discover what’s inside of you that wants to come out.
